Our investigator rate is market competitive. Flat rates are also available. 

Process service that requires surveillance or locating people who are difficult to locate or serve are billed at the standard hourly rate.  Our Denver Colorado Process Servers have been very successful in locating those difficult to find people when other process servers have been unable to. 

Process service within Brighton, Henderson, Ft. Lupton, Todd Creek and Great Rock is $45.00 for two attempts. Process service in the remainder of the Denver, Colorado Metro Area is $60.00 for two attempts. Mileage rate is applicable.
